Sea Day 5

The streamer is almost entirely in the water after a late night historic streamer party.  We're looking forward to having 8 km out there dragging behind us.  The eclipse last night cast a nice backdrop as we put the equipment in the water.  The eclipse told each of us something different as we gazed into the starry night while lying on our backs on top of the ship.  For me, it seemed to whisper that everything was going to go smoothly with the streamer deployment.  Soon we'll have the guns in the water and start banging our way through the Caribbean.  Too bad the eclipse didn't tell me how that will go.
